We are looking for a reliable Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming inventory.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the use of required PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Identify and report any operational issues or safety concerns.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds consistently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and following all guidelines.
