Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Identify and report any damages or discrepancies in inventory.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure operational efficiency.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed, demonstrating flexibility.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all PPE requirements.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
