We are seeking a certified and experienced Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts safely and efficiently to move, load, unload, and stack materials. This role is critical to the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution center. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods. Your duties will include pre-operation checks of the forklift, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and adhering to all safety regulations. We value commitment to safety and a strong work ethic. Experience with various types of forklifts, including sit-down and stand-up models, is highly desirable. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. This position requires consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all times. Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Proven experience as a forklift operator.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations.
