We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Workers for our facility in Durham, North Carolina. This position is fundamental to the successful operation of our distribution center, contributing to efficient logistics and timely order fulfillment. You will perform a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Your dedication to accuracy, efficiency, and Safety is paramount to our team's success and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks.
- Receive, store, and stock inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all Safety guidelines.
- Wear appropriate PPE and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle checks.
- Support the logistics team in achieving daily operational goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to overall warehouse efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks involving moderate Lifting, up to 40 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following all procedures.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations is beneficial.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
