Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse facility.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets in our logistics flow.
- Wear and maintain appropriate PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Commitment to following Safety protocols and wearing necessary PPE.
