Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate various material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system.
- Organize and maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse space.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
- Perform tasks involving moderate to heavy Lifting, often exceeding 50 lbs.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is required.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Ability to perform manual tasks, including significant Lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Basic understanding of logistics principles.
