This position is key to ensuring the efficient movement of goods and maintaining accurate inventory records. You will play a vital part in our logistics chain, coordinating daily activities and supporting the warehouse team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
- Coordinate staff schedules and assign tasks to warehouse associates.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse procedures.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Train new employees on warehouse operations and Safety procedures.
- Order and manage supplies and materials.
- Responsible for supervising tasks involving significant Lifting.
- Ensure all team members utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in warehouse coordination or supervision.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software.
- Knowledge of Safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to manage physical demands, including Lifting and prolonged standing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with various logistics operations.
