Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Pick and pack orders with speed and precision, ensuring order accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Maintain meticulous inventory records and participate in cycle counting.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from potential hazards.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, verifying contents against manifest.
- Strictly adhere to all company Safety policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Identify and report any operational issues or Safety concerns to supervisors.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations.
- Perform other warehouse duties as requested to support team objectives.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a distribution center or warehouse role is highly preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including significant Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.
- A strong dedication to Safety and following all established procedures.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and a willingness to learn our WMS.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced Logistics environment.
