Job Summary:
Join our thriving logistics team as a Warehouse Associate in Charlotte, North Carolina! Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
  • Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack orders with speed and precision.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Participate in inventory control activities.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, especially regarding safety and PPE usage.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift and move products up to 60 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding role requiring standing, walking, and bending.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all regulations.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
