We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Inventory Control Specialist to join our dynamic team in Chicago, Illinois. This role is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for implementing and overseeing inventory control procedures, conducting cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring that stock levels are accurately reflected in our system. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will work closely with warehouse operations, procurement, and sales teams to ensure seamless inventory management. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly preferred. Your contribution will directly impact our efficiency and customer satisfaction by minimizing stockouts and overstock situations. We are committed to providing a safe and productive work environment, emphasizing strict adherence to all Safety protocols. Regular training on proper equipment operation and product handling will be provided. Compliance with all company policies and procedures is mandatory, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ).
