Responsibilities:
- Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against order documents.
- Organize and store materials in designated warehouse areas, ensuring proper inventory control.
- Pick and prepare materials for production or shipping orders.
- Conduct routine checks on equipment and report any issues or maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation as needed.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals in our logistics center.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to workplace Safety.
- Ability to perform regular physical duties, including Lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a material handling or warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
