We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team in Miami, Florida. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving materials throughout the warehouse, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods within our distribution center. You will operate various types of forklifts, including sit-down, stand-up, and reach trucks. Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are paramount. Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely and accurate handling of all inbound and outbound shipments. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with warehouse associates and supervisors to meet daily targets and maintain a clean and organized work area. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all times. Responsibilities include inspecting equipment before use, performing routine maintenance checks, and reporting any defects immediately. You will be involved in stacking and retrieving inventory, moving pallets, and preparing orders for shipment. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
