Forklift Operator

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our Columbus, Ohio distribution center! This is a critical role in our warehouse operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials. You will operate forklifts to load, unload, stack, and transport goods within the facility. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety , and you will be expected to follow all company procedures and regulations. We provide comprehensive PPE to ensure your well-being. • Safely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently.
• Pick and stage orders for shipment.
• Stack and organize inventory in designated locations.
• Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any malfunctions.
• Adhere to all Safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Assist with inventory checks and other warehouse tasks as needed.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
• Valid forklift certification is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform tasks that require Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with warehouse logistics and inventory management.
• Strong commitment to workplace Safety .
• Willingness to wear all required PPE .
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
