In this vital role, you will ensure that all outgoing shipments are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and carrier requirements. Your responsibilities will include preparing shipment documentation, selecting appropriate packaging, labeling packages, and coordinating with freight carriers. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities are key to excelling in this position. The ideal candidate will be proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy warehouse environment. You will be the final checkpoint before orders leave our facility, ensuring they meet all quality and shipping specifications. Duties include verifying order details, confirming quantities, expertly packaging items, affixing correct labels, and scheduling carrier pickups. Excellent communication skills are needed for coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Maintaining a safe work environment through adherence to Safety protocols and the proper use of PPE is essential. This role requires the ability to handle moderate Lifting , typically up to 50 lbs.
