Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming shipments, verify contents, and store items appropriately.
- Pick products accurately based on order requirements.
- Pack items securely for shipping, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the distribution center.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all safety procedures.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and PPE guidelines.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for this logistics role.
