About
We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable Warehouse Workers to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our distribution center. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position offers a great chance to gain experience in the logistics and supply chain industry.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory with accuracy.
- Sort and place incoming materials on racks, shelves, or in designated storage areas.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specific instructions.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment throughout the warehouse.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use and maintain required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform consistent physical tasks, including Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Commitment to Safety and following all established procedures.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work in a physically demanding environment for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts if required.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
