Job Summary:
We are hiring a Distribution Center Associate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading logistics company and be part of a supportive team. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. Your duties will include receiving goods, accurately picking and packing customer orders, staging products for shipment, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the facility. This position requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for most of your shift and may be involved in frequent Lifting of materials. Safety is our top priority; all employees are required to adhere to strict safety protocols and utilize provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
  • Pick and pack orders with accuracy and speed.
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins.
  • Organize warehouse space and manage inventory flow.
  • Inspect products for damage and report any issues.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Operate material handling equipment as trained.
  • Follow all company policies, including safety regulations and PPE usage.
  • Contribute to team efforts and assist where needed.
  • Ability to handle frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of basic logistics principles.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks involving significant Lifting.
