Join our bustling distribution center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, as a Distribution Center Associate! We are searching for energetic individuals to become an integral part of our supply chain and Logistics team. In this role, you will be involved in the day-to-day operations of receiving, storing, picking, and shipping products, ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. A strong commitment to Safety is paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Pick customer orders accurately using scanners and pick lists.
- Pack items securely and safely for transit.
- Stage outgoing shipments for carriers.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided for qualified candidates).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use required PPE , such as gloves and safety glasses.
- Assist in other warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform Lifting of items up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of basic warehouse procedures.
- Commitment to following all Safety regulations.
