Join our thriving e-commerce fulfillment center in Phoenix, Arizona, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for dedicated individuals to play a key role in our fast-paced warehouse operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of the order fulfillment process, from receiving and stocking inventory to picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. Your attention to detail and efficiency will directly impact customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include accurately locating and retrieving products from inventory, meticulously packing items to ensure they arrive safely, and preparing shipments for delivery. You will work closely with other team members to meet daily order volume goals and maintain a high standard of operational excellence. This role requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A commitment to following all warehouse Safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is essential. The job involves regular physical exertion, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Experience with warehouse equipment and a background in logistics are advantageous, but we provide thorough training. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items based on customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Process and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stocktaking.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and protocols.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to meet fulfillment targets.
