Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Store goods in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Pick and pack orders with precision according to customer requirements.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and documented.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Handle merchandise with care to prevent damage.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Awareness of Safety protocols in a warehouse setting.
