Job Summary:
Join our cutting-edge distribution center in San Francisco, California, as a Distribution Center Associate! We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to contribute to our efficient warehouse operations. This versatile role involves a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of goods through our logistics network. Safety is our top priority, and all associates are expected to strictly follow safety procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unpack, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
  • Stock inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Prepare shipments for outbound delivery, including labeling and documentation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on the correct use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory control processes, including cycle counts and stock takes.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Perform tasks involving frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including regular Lifting.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and scanning technology is a plus.
  • Understanding of basic logistics and inventory control principles.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and the use of PPE.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
