About
We are looking for a reliable and industrious Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is central to the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring the seamless flow of goods from receipt to shipment. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, receiving and inspecting inventory, stocking shelves, accurately picking and packing customer orders, and preparing items for transportation. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and experience operating forklifts or other powered equipment is a plus, and training will be provided. Safety is our top priority; all employees are required to wear appropriate PPE, including safety vests, gloves, and steel-toed shoes, at all times within the facility. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to handle frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs, along with extended periods of standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks. You will be an integral part of a dedicated team focused on productivity and accuracy within our logistics operations.
