We are hiring a motivated Distribution Center Associate for our busy facility in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is fundamental to our efficient logistics operations, involving the receiving, processing, and shipping of goods. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will contribute to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Key duties include unloading incoming shipments, stocking inventory, picking customer orders using RF scanners, packing items securely, and preparing shipments for delivery. A strong focus on safety is mandatory; all employees must follow strict safety protocols and wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina, including prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and the ability to perform lifting tasks of up to 50 pounds. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic.
