About
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona . In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your duties will include performing regular cycle counts, conducting physical inventories, investigating and reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring all inventory transactions are accurately recorded in our Warehouse Management System (WMS). You will analyze inventory data to identify trends and suggest improvements to minimize stockouts and overstock situations. This position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. A background in Logistics or supply chain management is highly beneficial. While this role is primarily analytical, there may be instances requiring moderate Lifting or movement of stock. Strict adherence to all warehouse Safety procedures and the proper use of PPE is mandatory.
