We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team in Nashville, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. You will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our warehouse. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and accuracy, contributing to the overall success of our operations. You will be expected to perform daily equipment checks to ensure proper functioning and report any issues immediately. Adherence to all safety regulations and company policies is paramount. This position involves significant physical activity and requires attention to detail to prevent damage to goods and equipment. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, have a good work ethic, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience with various types of forklifts and warehouse management systems is a plus. Ensuring all loads are secure and properly documented is a key responsibility.
