Job Summary:
Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Material Handler in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth and efficient flow of goods within our logistics center. You will be responsible for moving, sorting, and storing materials, as well as supporting both inbound and outbound operations. A strong focus on Safety and accuracy is paramount. We are seeking individuals who are physically capable, detail-oriented, and possess a positive attitude. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced warehouse environment and become an integral part of our supply chain. You will be trained on operating various pieces of equipment and will be expected to follow all Safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE. Your contribution is vital to our operational success. This position involves regular manual tasks and requires consistent Lifting.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, identify, and store incoming materials.
  • Transport materials to and from designated areas using appropriate equipment.
  • Assist with order picking and preparing shipments.
  • Ensure materials are stored in an organized and accessible manner.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Conduct routine checks on equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Report any safety hazards or issues to management immediately.
  • Wear and maintain all required PPE as instructed.
  • Perform frequent Lifting of products and materials, up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar warehouse role.
  • Experience operating forklifts and other relevant machinery.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including regular Lifting.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
