Seeking a dynamic Warehouse Worker to join our operations in Austin, Texas! This position is key to our daily logistics, encompassing a range of responsibilities from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, reliable, and dedicated to ensuring a safe and efficient warehouse environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against orders.
- Stock inventory onto shelves, racks, or other designated storage areas.
- Pick items accurately for customer orders using pick lists or scanners.
- Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment.
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks or other transportation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, ensuring all safety regulations are followed.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and stocktaking activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and maintain workflow.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential for motivated candidates.
- Ability to perform consistent physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and perform various warehouse tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
