We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Worker to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. This role involves a variety of tasks crucial to the smooth operation of our distribution center. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against shipping documents.
- Stock shelves and storage areas accurately and efficiently.
- Pick items from inventory based on order requirements.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping and tidying common areas.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Perform tasks involving manual labor and regular lifting.
- Support overall logistics operations as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control is a plus.
