We are seeking a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is fundamental to our ability to deliver products to our customers on time and in excellent condition. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will perform a wide range of duties including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. You will work with various types of merchandise and utilize warehouse equipment to facilitate the efficient flow of goods. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, and you will be required to adhere to all company policies, including the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs, and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment. - Accurately receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory within the distribution center.
- Pick products from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders carefully and securely for shipment.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing transport.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Perform lifting duties up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
