We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team in Provo, Utah. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout our warehouse. This role is critical to our daily operations, ensuring that goods are accurately transferred and stored. You will operate various types of forklifts, including sit-down, stand-up, and reach trucks, to load and unload shipments, move inventory, and stage products for outgoing orders. A strong commitment to safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of safe forklift operation and be comfortable with physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly. - Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Pick and put away inventory accurately.
- Conduct daily pre-operation checks on forklifts and report any issues.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
- Valid forklift certification or demonstrated experience.
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in logistics is a plus.
