Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Load trucks for outbound shipments.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate various warehouse equipment (certification preferred for forklifts).
- Proficiency in inventory management systems is a plus.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of and commitment to workplace safety and PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
