We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Associate in Charlotte, North Carolina, to be a key player in our fast-paced distribution center. This role involves a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders with accuracy and efficiency. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all **Safety** procedures, and utilizing **PPE** as required. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong work ethic. This position requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including **Lifting** up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift. You will work as part of a team, contributing to the overall success of our **Logistics** operations. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and checks.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
