Your responsibilities will span various tasks, including receiving and stocking goods, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role is essential for the efficient flow of goods through our facility and directly impacts our ability to serve our customers effectively. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Safety is a top priority, and all employees must adhere to strict safety guidelines, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves significant physical activity, including consistent Lifting and standing for extended periods. Teamwork and a proactive attitude are highly valued. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor, workstations, and common areas.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent Lifting and physical exertion.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Basic math and reading skills.
