Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against shipping documents.
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders or internal needs.
- Pack orders carefully to ensure product safety during transit.
- Prepare shipments, including generating labels and necessary documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks (forklift operation may be required/offered training).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment in compliance with all logistics standards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with loading outgoing trucks and other warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a strong asset.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and the critical importance of PPE.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Your role is integral to our logistics flow. We prioritize a safe working atmosphere, and strict adherence to all safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE, is mandatory for all team members.
