Become a key member of our warehouse team in Orlando, Florida, as a Warehouse Worker. This dynamic role involves a variety of essential functions that keep our logistics operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include receiving and inspecting incoming goods, stocking inventory accurately, picking and preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining the overall tidiness and organization of the warehouse. We place a high emphasis on Safety, and all employees are expected to follow established protocols and utilize appropriate PPE at all times. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of frequent Lifting and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. While prior warehouse experience is a plus, we are eager to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Inspect inventory for damage or discrepancies.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming goods.
- Pick items from shelves according to order requirements.
- Pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipping.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment.
- Adhere to all Safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Practice safe Lifting methods for all tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the use of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
