Responsibilities:
  • Perform general warehouse duties including stocking, order picking, and staging.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing inventory.
  • Support inventory management processes and assist with cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational targets.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proven experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform demanding physical work, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
  • Experience with RF scanners is a plus.
