Responsibilities:
- Perform general warehouse duties including stocking, order picking, and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Support inventory management processes and assist with cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational targets.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proven experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform demanding physical work, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
- Experience with RF scanners is a plus.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of logistics operations.
