We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and manage daily operations at our San Jose, California facility. This leadership role is critical to the efficiency and productivity of our logistics department. Responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, optimizing workflow, managing inventory control processes, coordinating with shipping and receiving departments, and ensuring adherence to all safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, a proven ability to lead a team, and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse management systems and logistics best practices. You will be instrumental in implementing process improvements, resolving operational challenges, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Strict adherence to safety protocols and the mandatory use of appropriate PPE are essential. While supervisory in nature, this role may require some manual lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
