Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately put away incoming inventory.
- Pick and fulfill customer orders with precision and speed.
- Pack products securely for safe transit.
- Load and unload freight from trucks and other vehicles.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual material handling equipment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock counts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and utilize appropriate PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation and processes.
- Work cooperatively with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Understand and follow all logistics procedures and company policies.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety and logistics concepts.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Proactive approach to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.
