We are seeking a highly organized and precise Inventory Control Specialist to join our logistics facility in Madison, Wisconsin. This role is vital for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our inventory, directly impacting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, and ensuring that our Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately reflects stock levels. Your keen attention to detail and analytical skills will be put to the test as you identify and implement process improvements within our inventory management system. You will collaborate closely with warehouse associates and management to uphold the highest standards of inventory control. This position requires a strong understanding of inventory principles and a commitment to accuracy. Daily tasks may involve using scanning equipment and generating inventory reports. Safety is paramount in our warehouse, and strict adherence to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is expected.
