Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in Austin, Texas! This role is essential for the smooth functioning of our distribution center. You will perform a wide range of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock inventory appropriately.
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners and order sheets.
- Pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
- Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use all required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
- Perform regular Lifting of items, potentially up to 50 lbs.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of warehouse logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory management principles.
