Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate reorder needs to procurement.
- Ensure proper organization and labeling of all inventory.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve inventory-related issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in all relevant safety training.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards.
