Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all warehouse guidelines.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Engage actively in all company-offered safety training programs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 45 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail for order accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety principles.
