Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
  • Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
  • Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all warehouse guidelines.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and procedures.
  • Properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Engage actively in all company-offered safety training programs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 45 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail for order accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Understanding of basic warehouse safety principles.
