We are looking for a versatile Warehouse Worker to join our busy logistics center in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is essential for the smooth operation of our warehouse, involving a variety of tasks related to the handling, storage, and movement of goods. You will be involved in receiving and unpacking shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. This position requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to perform physical tasks efficiently. We are committed to maintaining a safe working environment, and all employees are required to follow safety protocols and utilize provided PPE. This role involves frequent lifting and manual labor, so physical stamina is key. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Sort and store inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to specific customer requirements.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently as needed.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
