Job Summary:
Join our dedicated team as a Distribution Center Associate in Des Moines, Iowa. This role is fundamental to the seamless operation of our logistics and supply chain. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and assemble customer orders.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent stock management.
  • Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory use of PPE.
  • Engage in physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Report any operational concerns or safety hazards to management.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily objectives.
