Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick, pack, and assemble customer orders.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent stock management.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory use of PPE.
- Engage in physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Report any operational concerns or safety hazards to management.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily objectives.
