Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the daily activities of warehouse staff.
- Ensure efficient and accurate processing of all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Implement and enforce all safety regulations and procedures, ensuring proper use of PPE.
- Manage staff scheduling, performance, and training.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse productivity and safety.
- Facilitate team meetings and encourage open communication.
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Must be comfortable with significant lifting requirements.
