Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely (if certified).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to 5S principles.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with audits.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Contribute to team efforts and meet daily productivity goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Capacity for lifting up to 50 lbs independently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all company policies regarding PPE.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including potential overtime as needed.
