We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic logistics team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is crucial for the efficient operation of our distribution center, ensuring that products are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, stocking inventory in designated areas, and picking and packing orders for shipment. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential. You will work closely with other warehouse staff and supervisors to maintain a productive and organized workspace. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Our commitment to safety is paramount, and all employees are expected to adhere to strict safety protocols. This includes the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Regular training on safety procedures and equipment operation will be provided. The ideal candidate will have some experience in warehousing or a similar role, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Responsibilities include:
- Loading and unloading trucks.
- Receiving, verifying, and documenting incoming goods.
- Organizing and storing inventory effectively.
- Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Operating warehouse equipment as needed (training provided).
- Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
