This role is fundamental to our e-commerce fulfillment process, ensuring that our customers receive the correct items in perfect condition. You'll be working in a dynamic warehouse environment where attention to detail and speed are key. This is a great opportunity to build a career in a growing field. Your primary duties will involve:
- Accurately picking items from shelves based on order lists.
- Carefully packing orders to ensure product safety during transit.
- Verifying order details to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Using RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work station and surrounding areas.
- Adhering to all company safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Performing tasks that may involve some Lifting of packages, typically up to 30 lbs.
- Contributing to the overall efficiency of the shipping department.
- Collaborating with colleagues to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
- Assisting with other warehouse duties as required.
- Supporting the smooth operation of our logistics network.
The ideal candidate is reliable, has excellent hand-eye coordination, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. Prior picking or packing experience is a plus, but not required as we offer complete training. Come grow with us and be a part of our Orlando fulfillment center!
