Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order specifications to minimize errors.
- Pack products securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label outgoing shipments correctly for transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely.
- Ensure correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support the logistics team.
- Contribute to team goals for order fulfillment and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for the duration of the shift.
- Must be capable of lifting items weighing up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet productivity targets in a fast-paced setting.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures is essential.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Good communication skills.
- Familiarity with scanning technology is a plus.
