Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Organize and stack inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, orderly, and free from hazards.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Support shipping and receiving operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Material Handler or in a related warehouse role.
- Valid forklift certification is strongly preferred.
- Ability to perform substantial physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 60 lbs.
- Good understanding of logistics operations and warehouse safety standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to safety and the proper use of PPE.
